1st Line Support/ Helpdesk Engineer - Trowbridge
Working with a growing south West based business you will work alongside the IT Helpdesk team to provide a proactive and efficient IT service to the business. Strong Customer Service skills are essential for this role as the IT team pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service. Strong written and verbal skills are required when dealing with their customers via telephone, email or accurately logging or updating tickets in the ITSM tool.
An a 1st Line Support/ Helpdesk Engineer you'll have a keen eye for technology and software and will use your previous experience to assist in you dealing with all types of queries. You will have exceptional time keeping and punctuation skills with the ability to manage time critical deadlines. You will be able to follow and update established processes and be willing to step out of your comfort zone to suggest ways of improving things. Your role plays a key part in the overall delivery of the IT Strategy for 2021 and this will be measured by individual objectives that align with the overall team objectives. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role as some site visits may be required.

1st line Support/ Helpdesk Engineer - essential requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a helpdesk/service desk role:
- Windows/ Desktop support
- Active directory/ password resets/ new user set up
- General network knowledge VPN's/ Broadband
- Experience using service based ticketing systems, call logging & good problem solving ability
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Full UK driving licence
