Ireland
Sanderson Ireland is based in Dublin and led by Managing Director Donal O’Donoghue. We partner with Irish and international organisations to solve complex workforce and talent challenges. Our focus is commercial impact. Growth, execution and risk management, across four core divisions: Recruitment (permanent and contract hiring), Solutions (RPO and MSP models), Projects (specialist delivery and consulting), and Executive Search (senior and leadership hiring).
Hong Kong
Sanderson has a strong presence in Hong Kong via our partner organisation, Sanderson iKas. Our Hong Kong office is led by Managing Director David Hilling with the team’s focus on technology & business change recruitment for the financial services and the commercial sector. Sanderson iKas work in partnership with our clients and candidates to deliver effective recruitment solutions. These include permanent and contract recruitment, executive search, projects-based solutions as well as RPO, MSP and talent on demand.
Singapore
The Sanderson iKas Singapore office is head up by is head up by David Bolton. Recruiting across sectors spanning business change, financial services and technology, the Sanderson iKas Singapore team can help contract and permanent recruitment, RPO and MSP and project delivery.

Sanderson’s India office is based in Noida with the team covering all types of permanent and contract recruitment across India such a Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managed Service Programmes that span sectors such as Sales, Technology and Transformation.
