A leading London Market insurer is looking for a senior test Manager to take charge of User Acceptance Testing on a significant change programme.

You will own the end-to-end UAT function, from defining the approach and mobilising business participants through to managing execution, resolving defects and securing confidence for release. The successful contractor will be comfortable operating across a complex insurance landscape with several workstreams and external delivery partners.

Key experience

• Extensive test leadership experience on large-scale programmes in insurance or financial services
• A track record of creating and delivering UAT strategies, plans and completion activities
• Demonstrable ability to engage, organise and support business testers through repeated UAT phases
• Thorough knowledge of governance, risk oversight, defect workflows and status reporting
• Clear and credible communication with senior stakeholders from both business and technology teams
• Experience coordinating test delivery across concurrent workstreams and third-party suppliers
