We work with both local forces and national bodies supporting the police and blue light digitisation and change agenda.
Critically we understand the various levels of police vetting, from NPPV levels 1 through to 4, and can accurately identify those individuals that are likely to achieve these clearances. We have also developed an expertise in managing candidates through the clearance process in order to deploy skills with our customers once the clearance goes live.
We anticipate demand in Policing and Blue Light will remain strong for Digital, Data, Cyber and Transformation skills for some time, our focus is to support the attraction and retention of these skills for our customers whilst also seeking to re-deploy those with policing clearance to other UK tasks.
Our support to both local and national policing is delivered in a variety of ways, for example:
- Provision of a business transformation managed service for a local police authority, attracting and processing clearance to NPPV3 before deploying on task; service currently operates with over 20 resources
- Provision of Digital, Architecture and Programmatic resource to support a national policing programme – clearance requirements spanned NPPV, SC and DV – over 25 resources have been deployed across multiple frameworks
- Support to Central Government run national policing programme – skills encompass Software, Data, Digital, Cyber and Project resources – with clearances spanning SC and DV
