We are a specialist talent solutions provider to the UK Government sector. Our expertise lies in sourcing hard to find, hard to reach, talent for a wide range of public sector opportunities.

These include the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and National Security, Central Government and Arm’s Length Bodies, National Policing and the wider Public Sector. We supply government capabilities directly via frameworks and we also work with key government suppliers to support talent acquisition specifically for their public sector divisions.

Our capability spans all DDaT, Project Management, Cyber, Engineering, Electronics and Corporate roles. Whilst our solutions range from contingent recruitment services through to partnered solutions, retained models, SOW, RPO, MSP and executive search, our partnership approach has helped our business deliver hard to reach talent to this extraordinary sector over the past 20 years.
