Finance Business Partner - Property & Estates

A global property management business is looking to hire a strong Financial Modeller from a finance background to work closely with the Finance Director and Operations teams.

Key repsonsibilties will include:

• Model, develop, deliver. and maintain a life cycle asset management plan/strategy for multiple assets inline with requirements of commercial and financial agreements
• Create lifecycle models and plans to continually improve our estate, ensuring they meet the relevant financial models
• Present models and profiles confidently for board sign off
• Support the technical team in in developing appropriate specifications, with new and existing supply chain partners, and the Estates and Operational teams
• Plan the pipeline of capital and project works and allocate to internal and external technical teams
• Producing reports and information on asset condition, projects, feasibility studies, lifecycle planning and lifecycle models to various stakeholders, both internal and external

The ideal person will be:

• Experience of financial modelling (ideally in lifecycle and capital projects)
• Interpreting data in financial models
• Own the asset management and lifecycle planning process
• A qualification/demonstrable experience in finance projects
• Organised, accurate, and works at pace
• Able to deal with complexity and competing priorities
• Comfortable with working autonomously whilst building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experienced at communicating with financial and operational stakeholders
• Posses advanced excel skills.
