Empowered
through partnership

The nature of the UK Government market sector means that partnered relationships are critical to our success and growth. For our 20 years of supply to this sector we have relied on recommendations and referrals to grow our business.

By solving talent problems with a highly partnered approach, we ensure that our customers advocate for our services and value our supply over the long term. In fact, two of our current customers were our clients on Day 1 of the business.

There is no better testament than 20 years of uninterrupted supply.

Driven by innovation
& tech enabled

As the candidate landscape changes, so does our approach. We use technology to drive fresh approaches and deliver different results.

Our approach to sourcing alone leverages several different technical solutions that ensure we reach the vast majority of the active and passive candidate market quickly and efficiently.

We are also adopting tech enabled solutions to improve engagement, onboarding, workflow and to give real-time access to pipeline progress. Our commitment is to continually adopt, adapt and improve to ensure our solutions remain ahead of the competition.

Insight enabled and
future-focused solutions

As a true talent solutions partner, we understand that simply filling a role is not enough.

We must support our customers by sharing the insight and understanding around how we achieve each successful hire or project. It is this insight that helps guide current and future decision making, be that for individual hires, or to support decision making around where to build and grow new and scaled capabilities.

We work best when we act as our customers’ trusted advisers. Sharing data-backed insights to consult in the decision-making process around current and future talent requirements.

Dedicated CSR & Sustainability

We place a great deal of importance on our culture and in giving back.

Examples of our CSR activity include:

  • Working with local academy trusts to educate school leavers on the work environment
  • Working with a City Farm to help with various activities to improve the student experience
  • We offer all staff days off to contribute to charitable practices.
  • We also drive a close team culture, where successes and challenges are openly shared and collaboration is proactively supported. This ensures all staff feel they are working together to solve the hardest of our talent challenges.

We share our successes, and offer reward trips that involve the whole business, not just the top performers, recognising that our successes are built on the total team contribution not that of a select few team members.

Celebrating our Diversity

The changing nature of the candidate marketplace, and the requirements placed on us by being part of the Government supply chain, have led us to roll out an ED&I awareness campaign that serves two purposes.

We must ensure that all staff are aware of their own ED&I responsibilities as colleagues and as suppliers to our customers.

We must attract from an increasingly diverse candidate pool, and therefore as recruiters we must be sensitive to ensuring all our opportunities are attractive to the widest possible candidates sets.

Through regular training and education we improve the experience for our customers, candidates and colleagues alike.

In 2022 we have undertaken a series of eight individual ED&I awareness sessions, focussing on a diverse range of topics from allyship and micro aggressions, to tackling unconscious bias and becoming an inclusive recruiter.

We have also partnered with two customers to share their ED&I journey and learn how we can become a better talent partner to them.

Inclusivity at our Core

We adapt our processes, and provide access to the necessary materials to ensure that everyone that meets the minimum criteria, can continue through the process. Irrespective of their circumstances. Ensuring fairness and inclusivity at all times.

We are a disability confident employer, and choose to work with customers who are committed to making their processes more inclusive. Where possible we champion disability groups, working hard to facilitate connections between candidates and customers in a safe manner.
