Transformation Lead – Retail Media
- Rate; Up to £750 (inside IR35)
- Location; London – Hybrid Working
- Duration; 6 month initial
We are looking for a Transformation Lead to implement a new operating model across commercial, product, technology and operational teams within a retail environment.
You will lead implementation across commercial, product, technology and operations. The focus will be improving governance, demand and capacity planning, accountability and the flow of delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a complex target operating model.
- Align senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Establish clear governance, accountability and decision making.
- Create greater visibility across demand, capacity and priorities.
- Improve delivery flow, predictability and performance.
- Embed new ways of working across cross functional teams.
- Transfer knowledge and ownership to internal teams.
Required experience
- Retail media experience is essential.
- Strong operating model transformation experience.
- Evidence of personally leading implementation rather than design or advisory work alone.
- Experience working across commercial, product, technology and operational functions.
- Confidence working with executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Ability to operate within ambiguity and a complex matrix environment.
