Test Manager | £400-£425 pd Outside IR35 | 6 Months
London/Hybrid
We’re supporting a purpose-led organisation undergoing a significant QA transformation and are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and enhance their testing capability.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining day-to-day test management with mentoring a team of Test Analysts and driving improvements across testing processes, governance and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and implement test strategy and best practice
- Lead test planning, execution and release readiness
- Manage defects, risks, environments and quality reporting
- Mentor and develop a growing QA team
- Improve testing processes, governance and quality metrics
- Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement
- Engage with stakeholders across technology and the business
Key experience required:
- Proven Test Manager, QA Manager or Test Lead experience
- Strong test governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building or maturing testing functions
- Team leadership, coaching and mentoring experience
- Exposure to automation testing and modern QA practices
- Charity, not-for-profit or purpose-led sector experience
