The Opportunity

We’re working with a growing consultancy delivering complex digital transformation programmes across the Defence sector who are looking to add an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to their team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile programmes that have real-world impact, helping teams better understand user needs and deliver services that are intuitive, accessible and effective.

You’ll work within multidisciplinary teams, influencing product and service decisions through evidence-based research and helping ensure user needs remain at the heart of delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Planning and conducting user research across complex programmes

Designing and delivering qualitative and quantitative research activities

Running user interviews, usability testing and discovery research

Analysing research findings and identifying actionable insights

Creating research reports and presenting findings to stakeholders

Collaborating with Service Designers, Interaction Designers, Content Designers and Delivery teams

Championing user-centred design across projects

Helping teams make informed decisions based on user evidence

What We’re Looking For

Active SC Clearance

Strong User Research experience

Experience planning and delivering end-to-end research activities

Ability to select appropriate research methods for different challenges

Experience analysing and synthesising complex research findings

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
