The Opportunity

We’re working with a growing consultancy delivering complex digital transformation programmes across the Defence sector who are looking to add an experienced SC Cleared Senior Service Designer to their team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile programmes that have real-world impact, helping shape and improve services used across critical government and defence environments.

You’ll join multidisciplinary teams of Researchers, Designers, Developers and Delivery Professionals, driving service design activity from discovery through to live whilst championing user-centred design principles throughout.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading Service Design activities across complex programmes

Mapping end-to-end services and identifying opportunities for improvement

Producing Service Blueprints, Service Maps and Customer Journeys

Facilitating workshops with users, clients and stakeholders

Working collaboratively within Agile multidisciplinary teams

Helping organisations understand and solve complex service challenges

Advocating best practice Service Design approaches

Influencing programme and senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Active SC Clearance

Strong Service Design experience

Experience working within Agile delivery environments

Ability to design and improve complex end-to-end services

Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

Strong workshop planning and delivery experience

Experience working alongside User Researchers, Interaction Designers and Content Designers

Ability to translate user needs into service improvements
