We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation, providing financial management, reporting and business support across a complex and evolving environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified finance professional looking to take on a broad and varied role. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders, helping to ensure sound financial management, support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement across finance processes. The organisation is committed to developing its people and can offer support for those progressing towards a professional accountancy qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis to stakeholders.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance processes are maintained.
• Support year-end reporting, audits and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to financial modelling, business cases and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience within a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong financial reporting, planning and analysis skills.
• Good understanding of financial controls and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a changing environment.
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
• A proactive approach and a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
