Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

The Role
We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join a growing technology team delivering cloud and data solutions across a range of complex projects.
You’ll design and build scalable data pipelines, work with modern cloud technologies, and collaborate with engineers, analysts and product teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that support analytics and AI.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines
* Develop real-time and batch data processing solutions
* Work with AWS cloud services and modern data technologies
* Support CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
* Collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to engineering best practices
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years’ commercial experience in Data Engineering
* Strong Java or Python development skills
* Experience with Kafka, Flink or Spark
* Experience building ETL/ELT or streaming data pipelines
* Knowledge of AWS (Azure or GCP also considered)
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tools
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform
Desirable
* Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery
* Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure or GCP)
* Experience mentoring junior engineers or working in a consulting environment
