Location: South East England. Hybrid working with up to 2 days per week onsite.
Contract Length: 3 months
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a 3-month feasibility phase for the implementation of a new Property Investment Platform.
This role will focus on assessing current ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to build the business case for a major transformation programme.
The Opportunity
The organisation currently relies heavily on Excel and manual processes to manage property investment activity and project delivery. With a significant capital investment portfolio and multiple project managers across the function, there is a need for greater control, visibility, and data-driven decision making.
The successful Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering requirements and shaping the case for investment in a new platform solution.
Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
- Assess and document current end-to-end processes.
- Develop a capability assessment and gap analysis.
- Support options appraisal and solution evaluation.
- Produce analysis and documentation to support a funding and investment business case.
About You
- Proven experience delivering Business Analysis activities in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience mapping business processes and defining capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently and driving discovery activity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to produce high-quality analysis and business case documentation.
- Must have experience in retail or hospitality
Desirable
- Experience supporting feasibility studies, business cases, or investment proposals.
- Exposure to property, asset management, capital projects, or investment-related environments.
