Business Analyst (SC Cleared)

Start Dates: September/November
Contract Length: 6 months each

Purpose of Role:

The Business Analyst is responsible for translating the strategic vision of Digital Wing into clear business, user and technical requirements. The role will ensure that programme decisions are grounded in operational need and that solutions are aligned to desired outcomes and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and document business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
• Analyse current and future operating models
• Define user journeys and use cases
• Produce requirements documentation
• Support benefits definition and measurement
• Identify dependencies, assumptions and constraints
• Support Business Case development
• Ensure requirements are traceable through delivery

• Business analysis methodologies and tools
• Requirements gathering and management
• Workshop facilitation
• Process mapping
• Stakeholder engagement
• Benefits analysis

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Agile delivery environments
• Government transformation programmes
• User-centred design approaches
• Digital workplace transformation experience
• BCS Business Analysis qualifications
• Proficient in MS Visio
