Desktop Engineer, 1st/2nd Line Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk

Leading client based in Derby requires a Desktop Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support across their end-user estate.

Working as part of a small team, you will deliver hands-on desktop and EUC support, resolving incidents and service requests whilst providing an excellent user experience.

Skills & Experience:

• Windows 11
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Active Directory user administration
• Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC)
• Service Desk experience
• 1st and 2nd Line support

Location: Derby (onsite)
Contract: Initial 6-month engagement
