£70,000 - £80,000 + benefits

Sanderson Recruitment are supporting a UK Health Provider with their search for a Network Lead/Manager. This role is home-based with travel to UK wide sites when needed. This role with be managing 4 network engineers and be responsible for network projects and supporting including the responsibility of budgets and strategy for the 60+ sites. Most of the team are based in the North of England so someone based between Birmingham and the Scottish boarders would be of preference.

The ideal candidate will have worked with multi-site organisations and remain hands on to a degree, with passion and skills of true leadership. The successful candidate will oversee the network environments; monitoring performance, ensuring system availability, reliability and providing input into capacity planning to handle projected growth.

The typical network set up and technical skills needed for this role would be LAN Switching, WAN/LAN Routing and L3 technologies, Firewalls, Load Balancing and traffic prioritising technologies, VPN and Remote Access Technologies
