HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner

Location: London (flexible working arrangements available)

Remuneration: up to £35,000 + strong benefits package

Sanderson are working exclusively with a growing, people-focused digital consultancy to identify a HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner for a permanent position that will be predominantly home based with the expectation that occasional travel to the central London office will be required to meet business requirements.

As an HR Advisor / Junior Business Partner you will be part of a fast paced HR team playing a key role in the wider growth of the company and will:

  • Have the opportunity to work with great people and develop your HR Career
  • Be involved in the full range of Employee and HR activities
  • Ensure HRIS and all relevant trackers are up to date and accurate for starters, movers and leavers
  • Support employees and the HRBP with flexible working requests, long term sickness, maternity & paternity, long term service awards
  • Be involved in a variety of HR Projects as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator / Advisor covering the full employee lifecycle
  • Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
  • Experienced working with large data sets and different systems with an eye for accuracy and data completeness
  • Team player but comfortable and able to work on your own, setting and prioritising activity
