Senior Project Manager - People & Regulatory Change - Financial Services

Our Yorkshire based Financial Services client have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the business to deliver a number of People Change and Regulatory Change projects as part of a major business integration initiative.

Up to £65,000 + Benefits

The client require an experienced Senior Project Manager from the Financial Services industry, and also someone who has extensive experience of leading complex People Change and Regulatory Change projects.

This Senior PM will be supporting a major business integration programme with the end client looking to integrate a number of newly acquired businesses into the wider group.

This integration will include, people, process and technology integrations ,and will also require substantial work with the regulators as part of of the integration. This person will also work closely with the Exec board as part of their project deliveries, so much be comfortable and experienced at operating at Exec level and working with Exec level stakeholders.

Experience required:

  • Extensive and broad Project Management experience
  • Strong Financial Services experience (essential)
  • Extensive People Change and Regulatory change project experience
  • Previous experience of managing business integration projects
  • Experience of shaping and developing future change strategies and initiatives
  • Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to report and present to c-suite stakeholders

NB: This role will initially be remote due to the current Covid-19 guidelines, however, there will be an expectation that this role will require this person to work from their office in Yorkshire for 1-2 days per week in the future, with some additional travel to other UK sites as required.
