How to recruit specialist roles, quickly
After exclusively partnering with Rotork to fulfil their IT roles over a two year period, Sanderson were invited to design a campaign solution to support their global rollout of MS Dynamics AX. Specifically, recruiting a team of 10 individuals across a diverse skill set, including specialists in IT Project Management, Software Development, Data Analysis and Project Accounting. The challenges involved in this project included the variety of skills and experience required, all to be achieved within tight timescales.
- We developed and delivered a global multi-channel advertising campaign, to identify candidates with the skills and experience to meet requirements.
- Potential candidates were assessed for their suitability through detailed testing and assessment.
- To minimise the impact on hiring managers, we organised and delivered weekly campaign meetings to report on progress and obtain client feedback.
- Strength in numbers - 8 of 10 positions we delivered within the challenging timeframes identified, whilst the remaining two vacancies were re-worked due to salary constraints.
