Strengthening our International Growth Through Acquisition of Nicoll Curtin

We are pleased to announce that Sanderson has acquired Nicoll Curtin’s operations across the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Serbia, Singapore and the Philippines, marking an important step in our continued international growth strategy.

This acquisition strengthens our position as an ambitious, independent, multi-continent recruitment and talent solutions business. It enhances our presence in key growth markets, including Singapore and Ireland, while extending our footprint across Europe and Asia.

Nicoll Curtin brings established client relationships, specialist expertise in technology and change, and a strong contractor and candidate community across its global markets.

By bringing our two businesses together, we will be able to scale further in Singapore and Ireland, expand into additional European markets including Switzerland and strengthen our ability to support customers through service centres in Serbia and the Philippines.
