This is a pivotal role, responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end cutover strategy, ensuring business and technical activities are fully aligned, dependencies are understood, risks are mitigated, and contingency plans are in place to support a successful transition.

                    Responsibilities

                    • Develop and own the end-to-end cutover plan and strategy.
                    • Coordinate activities across business, technical, and third-party workstreams.
                    • Identify and manage key dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigations.
                    • Define and maintain contingency and rollback plans.
                    • Lead cutover rehearsals and go-live readiness assessments.
                    • Facilitate go/no-go decision-making activities.
                    • Ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the cutover lifecycle.
                    • Support hypercare planning and post go-live activities.

                    Skills & Experience

                    • Proven experience as a Cutover Manager, Go-Live Manager, Transition Manager, or similar.
                    • Strong experience delivering complex ERP transformations.
                    • Experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
                    • Candidates with SAP S/4HANA experience will also be considered.
                    • Demonstrable experience producing clear, concise, and detailed cutover plans.
                    • Strong understanding of dependencies, sequencing, risk management, and contingency planning.
                    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
                    • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
                    • Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused.
