Paraplanner – CII, CISI, LIBF, Estate planning, Drawdown, Pension switching and replacement business initiatives.

I am looking for multiple Paraplanners to join an established Financial Advisor Support Team consisting of circa 40 Individuals to come in and hit the ground running to support a number of initiatives including – Estate planning, Drawdown, Pension switching and replacement business initiatives.

To be considered candidates must have;

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in financial software
  • Interest in assisting with upskilling other team members
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills

This is a 6 month day rate contract role which can be fully remote with competitive rates on offer

    Our client, a leading finance company, is looking to engage with a contractor with a background as a Property Systems Specialist.

    This role is critical to the delivery of a wider project key for supporting ambitious growth plans.

    Engagement via Umbrella Company Only; all taxes & NI deducted at source.
    Hybrid working – 2 days per week on site.

    Skills & experience required –

    • Experience using property management systems e.g. MRI, Yardi, RealPage etc.
    • Property, lease, finance, or compliance processes
    • Ability to engage with suppliers, technical teams and users

    General responsibilities –

    • Implement process and system improvements for operational teams.
    • Manage reporting requirements & develop ad‑hoc reports.
    • Configure and optimise modules across our property management & system stack.
    • Work with software suppliers on complex configuration and enhancements.
    • Support testing, releases, troubleshooting, and end‑user queries.
    • Data integrity, workflows, user roles, configuration documentation.

          Pension Administrator, Hybrid

          Salary – Up to £31,000.00

          Hybrid Working – 2/3 days in office a week

          Location – Chesterfield

          You will be delivering a professional and efficient administration service to pension scheme members administered by one of the UK’s biggest major leading pension service provider. Alongside processing member benefits accurately and within target timescales to provide an exceptional member experience.

          Responsibilities: –

          • Communicating with pension scheme members and providing a “best-in-class” service, both in writing and verbal communications, alongside processing casework that’s accurate in accordance with scheme rules and pensions legislations.
          • Maintain and update pension administration systems or databases to certify information & corresponding benefit entitlements
          • Document work processes and provide support to other colleagues within the Member Services teams alongside providing and assisting with “on-job” training to the Team, as required.
          • Assist in the implementation of new pension schemes and transitions and with one-off projects.
          • Liaise with external organisations regarding scheme member benefit entitlements.

          Experience required: –

          • Relevant experience in DB pension administration or a capable equivalent
          • An up to date understanding of relevant UK pension legislation
          • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt approach to different audiences and situations.
          • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
          • Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage own workload whilst supporting the team.
