Role: Partnerships Management Lead

Time in Office: Central London, 2 days per week in Office

Salary: £85,000 to £105,000 base + bonus + benefits (salary dependant on experience)

We are working in partnership with an ambitious, scaling payments fintech who are expanding their remit and looking to build a more structured, detailed Partnerships Framework from onboarding to lifecycle management.

This vision is for this role to grow into one leading a function owning their approach to partnerships.

This role is working with an established scale-up with over 100 employees and operating globally with long-term customers in the UK and abroad.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Partnerships Specialist who understands how Partnership Frameworks are built. You will build relationships internally and across the payments ecosystem to define a compelling partner value proposition and expand the businesses current network.

Success here will be building a strong partner ecosystem, sharing partnerships knowledge across the business, setting the groundwork for establishing a wider function, and revenue contribution.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement the partnership framework
  • Define and track key metrics including activation, pipeline contribution, revenue impact and engagement
  • Work with other sales functions to define partner strategies to support growth
  • Identify the right partner types, relevant propositions and go-to-market approaches
  • Identify qualify high-value partners
  • Design and deliver onboarding and enablement approaches
  • Ensure partners and colleagues are equipped with the tools, context and alignment needed to deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive partner activation and pipeline development

What We’re Looking for:

  • Experience working within a Partnerships role of similar, with experience fully owning or part owning the development of the framework and approach to Partnerships
  • Experience in B2B SaaS / Fintech or Payments Company
  • Experience working in a scale-up or start-up would be highly desirable
  • Experience in a business with international scope would be highly desirable
  • An understanding of the payments eco-system would be highly desirable
  • Team leadership experience would be beneficial but not essential

    Bristol, Full-Time Permanent Position, Flexible Hybrid Working.

    Due to an uptake in growth and clientele demand, a leading financial services provider in Bristol is looking for experienced customer service and pension administrators to join their pensions Team.

    Act as the Technical Support to the wider Customer Services team, dealing with queries from administrators & customers. Individuals in this role will provide input to projects and review all procedural changes as well as providing day to day to support with more complex customer queries, risk events, work orders and to support and coach less experienced colleagues.

      Technology Accounts Assistant

      Rate – £450 – £550 Inside IR35

      Duration – 6 months

      Location – Bristol once a week on site

      We are looking for a Technology Accounts Assistant to join a busy IT Supplier Management team.

      This role is ideal for someone with accounts assistant, billing or invoice processing experience who enjoys working with detail, checking data and dealing with suppliers.

      You will focus heavily on processing and validating Technology and telecoms invoices, ensuring costs are accurate, payments are processed correctly and billing issues are resolved quickly.

      You will work closely with telecoms providers, finance teams and internal Technology teams across a high volume billing environment.

      The role:

      You will be responsible for:

      • Checking and processing Technology and telecoms invoices
      • Ensuring supplier charges match agreed services and rates
      • Raising and managing billing disputes with suppliers where discrepancies are identified
      • Working with telecoms providers to resolve invoice queries
      • Processing payments within agreed time frames
      • Allocating costs correctly across the business
      • Maintaining billing and asset databases for mobile devices, SIMs, laptops and communications lines
      • Updating spend and savings reports using Excel
      • Supporting finance and Technology teams with billing queries and reconciliations
      • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and billing improvements

      What we are looking for:

      • Previous experience within accounts assistant, billing, finance administration or invoice processing roles
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • Good Excel and Microsoft O365 skills
      • Comfortable working with large volumes of invoices and data
      • Ability to spot errors, anomalies and billing discrepancies
      • Strong organisation and time management skills
      • Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
      • Positive and proactive approach
      • Able to learn new systems quickly
      • ITIL or Technology industry exposure would be beneficial but not essential
