Retail. Digital and In Store Experience

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a major retail transformation across in store and digital channels.

This role is hands on. It needs someone who can get into the detail quickly and work closely with teams on site.

3 days per week on site in London office – This is a firm requirement.

What you will be doing

  • Work across EPOS and front end till systems. Focus on how they operate today and where they can be improved
  • Shape and define UI and UX improvements. Make the customer journey faster and simpler
  • Support design, discovery and research. Look at what next looks like in retail. Especially around speed and seamless checkout
  • Contribute to ecommerce and omnichannel work. Including click and collect, checkout journeys and product placement
  • Support smaller workstreams including e invoicing and VAT related changes
  • Work closely with stakeholders in workshops and delivery sessions

What we are looking for

  • Strong Business Analyst background within retail or ecommerce
  • Proven experience working on EPOS or till systems
  • Solid UI and UX experience. Able to shape and challenge user journeys
  • Confident running workshops and working with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across multiple workstreams at pace
  • Able to balance detail with forward thinking ideas

    We’re working with a key client who is seeking a Lead Integration Business Analyst / Lead Technical Analyst to play a critical role in a major system integration programme.

    This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, particularly around data mapping and integration delivery, who can also lead and mentor a small team.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience delivering on integration programmes – You must have worked on end-to-end system integration’s and understand the associated challenges, dependencies, and best practices
    • Strong data expertise, with a particular focus on data mapping – Have the ability to define, document, and validate complex data mappings across systems is essential
    • Solid technical understanding – This includes APIs, Salesforce, and SQL (no coding required, but you must be comfortable working alongside technical teams)
    • Leadership experience – ability to oversee and mentor a team of 2 Integration Analysts, providing guidance and quality assurance
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills – Be able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders, Architects, and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear business language
    • Strong documentation capabilities – You’ll be producing high-quality, detailed artefacts to support integration delivery

      We are looking for a strong senior BA who can take ownership of a short, high impact project.

      This is not just analysis.
      You will scope the work. Build the plan. Then deliver it end to end.

      The role

      You will come in as the lead.
      First job is to get your arms around the problem.

      Then you will:

      • Scope the project properly
      • Build a clear and deliverable project plan
      • Take ownership of delivery

      From there, you will lead the analysis work yourself, supported by a small team.

      What you will be doing

      • Define scope, approach, and delivery plan from day one
      • Lead end to end process mapping across a complex insurance operation
      • Document current and target state processes
      • Run detailed gap analysis and identify failure points
      • Re-baseline requirements and prioritise improvements
      • Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations
      • Work across multiple teams including underwriting, finance, claims and technology
      • Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate mapping and documentation

      The initial focus is one European market.
      This will then expand across a wider EU footprint.

      What we are looking for

      • Strong Business Analyst with experience leading small programme or a Project Manager who is still hands on with analysis
      • Proven track record scoping projects and building delivery plans
      • Confident owning delivery rather than just supporting it
      • Strong process mapping and documentation skills
      • Experience running gap analysis and shaping improvement recommendations
      • Insurance experience is essential
      • Good understanding of co-insurance or complex multi-party models
      • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and functions
      • Experience using AI to support analysis is a bonus

          For this role you should have:
          – Regulatory reporting experience is key

            Overview

            We’re working with a large organisation undertaking a major 5‑year Salesforce CRM transformation. This role sits in Year 2 of the programme, with initial groundwork already completed.

            The successful Business Analyst will play a key role in the implementation and integration of Salesforce CRM, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and external suppliers to refine and shape requirements and drive delivery forward.

            Key Responsibilities

            • Refine, challenge, and improve existing business requirements rather than producing them from scratch
            • Support the implementation and integration of Salesforce CRM solutions
            • Work closely with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and constructively pushing back where required
            • Build strong working relationships with new suppliers and internal teams
