Behavioural Transformation Coach

Rate – £600 – £650 Inside IR35

Duration – 2 months (Scope to extend)

Location – London (Two / Three times a week on site)

We are working with a household name who are looking for several behavioural transformation coaches who can help enable teams and leaders to evolve before introducing structured delivery methodologies. The roles sit at the intersection of behavioural coaching, organisational change and early stage delivery maturity.

The roles are on an initial contract basis paying £600-650 per day (total to an Umbrella company) with a minimum of 2-3 days per week required onsite in London.

 

Core Purpose of the Roles

  • Support early stage transformation environments that are not yet Agile mature
  • Drive behavioural and cultural change before process/methodology adoption
  • Enable teams to function effectively without heavy central delivery roles
  • Act as coaches to leadership, across delivery teams in behavioural change and new WoW

 

Key Requirements

  • Strong Behavioural / Coaching Background (critical)
  • Proven experience in behavioural change, psychology or leadership coaching
  • Ideally from a Psychology / HR / OD background or coaching first professionals who have moved into transformation
  • Experience coaching senior stakeholders (mid-management to leadership) and teams on mindset, communication and ways of working
  • ICF, EMCC, AC or equivalent coaching certifications
  • Agile delivery experience, comfortable working in hybrid delivery models
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Must align to a consistent, cohesive coaching approach

    Agile Coach / Behaviour Coach

    Location: London – Two / Three days per week on site

    Project:

    This role sits within a large-scale agile transformation in a retail environment. The focus is not tooling or process alone, it’s behaviour change. The client is moving from traditional project delivery to a true agile model. This requires a shift in mindset across delivery, engineering and leadership.

    You will work closely with product managers, project managers, engineering managers as well as delivery leads, supporting experienced teams as they evolve established ways of working into more Agile centric, high performing, collaborative and outcome-driven delivery practices.

    Expectations:

    • Lead behaviour change across teams and leadership
    • Coach individuals and groups on agile ways of working
    • Drive the shift from project mindset to product and value delivery
    • Develop and coach internal trainers to improve their impact and credibility
    • Embed people centric leadership across delivery functions
    • Support adoption of SAFe and enterprise operating models
    • Apply performance coaching techniques to improve team effectiveness
    • Challenge existing behaviours and ways of working where needed
    • Operate at both strategic and hands on levels
    • Deliver measurable improvement in engagement, delivery outcomes and team maturity

    Experience Required:

    • Strong Agile Coach or Behaviour Coach background
    • Proven experience within retail environments
    • Track record of driving behavioural change at scale
    • Deep understanding of agile frameworks including SAFe
    • Experience with AOC, EOC and broader operating model transformation
    • Strong performance coaching capability
    • Experience coaching senior stakeholders including Heads of and Directors
    • Comfortable working with engineering and delivery communities
    • Ability to influence without authority
    • Clear and pragmatic communication style

    Summary:

    • Strong retail experience and credibility in behaviour coaching are key.

      Data & Interfaces Lead

      Data & Interfaces Lead

      • Duration: 5 months initial – multi-year programme

      Sanderson are supporting a major public sector transformation moving from a legacy finance platform to Oracle Fusion. This is a complex environment with multiple system integrations and high data dependency.

      This role sits at the centre of the data and integration workstream. You will own how systems connect, how data is structured and how it is validated ahead of go live.

      The role

      • Lead delivery of data interfaces and integrations across multiple systems
      • Work with internal teams and third party suppliers to define and manage integration requirements
      • Ensure data aligns to agreed templates, standards and specifications
      • Coordinate data validation, reconciliation and sign off
      • Support system and integration testing across the full lifecycle
      • Provide input into system design and data flows
      • Manage issues and support cutover into the live environment

      What we are looking for

      • Proven experience leading data integration or interface work on large transformation programmes
      • Strong experience across data mapping, validation and reconciliation
      • Experience working with third party systems and suppliers
      • Comfortable supporting SIT and UAT
      • Exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP or similar
      • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality
