This role as a Senior Finance Administrator is a Crucial part of the finance team, responsible for overseeing and processing a wide range of financial transactions across the company. Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all related activities.

The Role:

• Monitor and report on cash flow, balances, and transactions
• Reconcile and invest contributions and AVCs
• Prepare monthly accounts, journals, and reports
• Manage payments and AVC transactions
• Support banking, reconciliations, and audits while liaising with third parties

Your Experience:

• AAT full or part-qualified, or with strong accounts experience
• Strong Excel, Word, and general IT skills
• Numerate, accurate, and detail-focused

Internal Communications & Engagement Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to play a central role in delivering internal communications and colleague engagement activity within a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation.

Reporting into the Head of Communications, you will work closely with global communications, HR and transformation teams, as well as senior stakeholders across the business, to deliver impactful change communications, engagement initiatives and wider communication activity. With the organisation moving at pace, this role offers real opportunity to shape culture, influence engagement and make a lasting positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the business, you will:

• Plan and deliver a programme of internal communications across multiple channels to help colleagues connect with the organisation’s strategy, priorities and ambitions
• Own the internal digital communications platform, weekly digest and content calendar, acting as a central point of contact for content
• Partner with senior leadership to create meaningful and engaging communications that inform, update and motivate colleagues
• Lead the delivery of colleague engagement initiatives, including ownership of the Employee Survey and driving participation and engagement
• Act as communications lead for key engagement activities such as recognition programmes
• Take a proactive, creative approach to advising on new and innovative communication and engagement methods to support culture embedding
• Support wider business communications, including key announcements and selected external communications activity (e.g. LinkedIn content)

About You

This role is well suited to someone with experience working in‑house within a large, complex or global organisation, supporting varied audiences including remote, desk‑based and operational colleagues.

You will bring:

• Experience working within a large, global organisation, ideally with multilingual audiences
• Background in manufacturing or similarly complex environments (strongly preferred)
• Broad communications experience, with a strong internal communications focus and some external exposure
• Solid understanding of change and engagement principles, ideally gained through transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with senior leadership
• Ability to simplify complex strategic messaging while maintaining a consistent narrative for different audiences
• A calm, pragmatic approach, particularly during periods of change or ambiguity
• Strong delivery focus with excellent prioritisation and execution skills

We are working with a fast growing, technology focused organisation that is looking to add a Sales Development Representative to their commercial team. The Role

Security Assurance Coordinator (SAC)

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Security Assurance Coordinators to support the delivery of secure and compliant ICT capabilities across Defence Digital programmes. The successful candidates will play a key role in coordinating security assurance activities, delivering Secure by Design (SbD) guidance, and ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and effectively managed throughout programme delivery.

This role is suited to individuals with strong Defence security knowledge, experience operating in high-classification environments, and a solid understanding of Defence assurance frameworks and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and track Secure by Design (SbD) advice and security assurance artefacts across Defence Digital programmes in line with SoR Requirements 1-35
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with ICT capability changes in accordance with SoR Requirement 4
• Provide security assurance support for complex programmes, service transitions, and higher-classification environments in line with SoR Requirement 1
• Contribute to risk management activities, including RAID logs and programme risk registers
• Coordinate Security Improvement Plans and support the implementation of security controls
• Engage with programme teams, technical stakeholders, and governance functions to ensure security assurance activities are completed effectively
• Support compliance with Defence security standards, policies, and governance processes
• Assist in maintaining consistent assurance practices across multiple workstreams and programmes

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security assurance, cyber security governance, or risk management roles

• DEFSTAN 05-138
• Experience working within Defence environments or programmes
• Demonstrable experience supporting security assurance activities within complex ICT or high-assurance environments

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must hold at least one of the following qualifications:

• UKCSC Practitioner or Principal – Governance and Risk Management
• UKCSC Practitioner or Principal – Cyber Security Management
• CISSP
• CISM
• CRISC

Security Architect

Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 DOE

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to support the delivery of secure, assured, and compliant architecture solutions within a Defence environment. The successful candidate will provide architectural governance, design assurance, and subject matter expertise to ensure that security is embedded throughout solution development and delivery in line with Defence standards and Secure by Design (SbD) principles.

This role requires a collaborative individual who can influence stakeholders across programmes and workstreams, contribute to governance activities, and help maintain consistency and quality across security architecture outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, review, and approval of architecture documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
• Provide feedback and guidance to projects, programmes, and formal Architecture Governance Boards in accordance with SoR Requirement 29
• Ensure consistent implementation of architecture processes aligned to Defence standards, approved architectural blueprints, and design patterns
• Provide subject matter expertise into solution design activities, ensuring alignment with Secure by Design (SbD) principles
• Collaborate closely with Workstream Leads, Security Assurance Coordinators (SACs), SbD Leads, and Risk Leads to maintain architectural coherence across programmes
• Contribute to architectural governance and design assurance activities to reduce delivery risk and improve security outcomes
• Support the adoption and application of defence security standards and architectural governance frameworks

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security Architecture or related security assurance roles
• Applied experience of defence security standards, design assurance, and architectural governance
• Experience working within Defence environments or programmes
• Demonstrable experience supporting secure solution design and governance processes

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must hold either:

One of the following:

• UKCSC Principal – Secure System Architecture

Or two or more of the following:

• TOGAF
• MODAF
• CCSP
• SABSA Practitioner
