As part of this growth, they are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join an established product engineering squad working on large-scale international software. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance modern React-based applications used across global sports platforms

                    • Proven ability to work across the full service design lifecycle with minimal supervision
                    • Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles, or comparable design frameworks
                    • Strong capability in producing service design artefacts including:
                      • Current and future-state user journeys
                      • Personas
                      • Service concepts
                      • Service blueprints
                      • Related design documentation
                    • Experience identifying potential accessibility barriers for complex user groups
                    • Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, ideation sessions or similar activities
                    • Ability to visualise complex services in an accessible and engaging way for different audiences
                    • Experience solving complex problems in fast-paced environments with strong storytelling skills
                    • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams including user researchers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, product owners, delivery managers and developers
                    • Ability to manage competing priorities within challenging timeframes
                    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
                    • Passion for user-centric design and translating user needs into effective service solutions

                    Portfolio Expectations

                    Candidates should be able to demonstrate examples of previous work. This does not need to be a formal portfolio but should showcase your approach, process and service design outputs through visual artefacts and project examples.

                    Security Requirements

                    Applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance, including meeting applicable residency requirements.
