We’re seeking an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join a major government data and analytics programme focused on developing advanced investigative and analytical capabilities. The Role

As a User Researcher, you will plan, design and conduct research activities that provide deep insight into user behaviours, needs and pain points. Your findings will directly influence product, service, content and interaction design decisions.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver user research activities across Discovery and Alpha phases

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience developing research roadmaps and managing concurrent research activities
Ability to analyse findings and translate them into clear, actionable insights
Experience facilitating usability testing and user interviews
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Our prestigious London based Specialty Insurance client have an urgent requirement for an interim Business Change Manager to join a major transformation programme to implement an AI enabled broking platform and subsequent new Target Operating Model across the business.

This Change Manager will be responsible for driving the people side of the change including:
