Senior Executive Assistant – Governance
Location: London (flexible working)
The Role
A confidential organisation is seeking a proactive Governance Administration Assistant to support a busy Governance function. This is a key role, acting as a central point of coordination for Board and Trustee activity in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Trustees and Non-Executive Directors, including diaries, travel and expenses
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, managing logistics and scheduling
- Organise governance events, including Board dinners and offsites
- Support preparation and distribution of Board packs and documentation
- Manage forward planning of meeting schedules
- Assist with onboarding of new Trustees and senior stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support across governance processes and projects
About You
- Experienced administrator, PA or EA with a strong corporate background
- Confident supporting senior stakeholders with changing priorities
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work at pace
- Discreet, professional and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
Governance experience is not essential, but experience working with senior stakeholders in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
