My client is looking for an actively SC Cleared Business Analyst to join the organisation on an interim engagement.

The role is an initial 6-month contract, hybrid requirement at 2 days on site in London or Milton Keynes.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with joining the client at a time of transformation with the opportunity to shape digital tools to support front line delivery. Transition of internal systems, landing new digital products, and expanding the scope of some of the existing digital platforms will be the core focus.

As a Business Analyst, you will design and deliver impactful digital products and services that enable the client to meet its diplomatic, development, and consular objectives. Operating at the intersection of technology, policy, and operations, you will play a critical role in translating complex organisational needs into user-centred digital solutions.

Government Digital and Data capability is crucial in developing our products and services.

Key skills/experience:

  • Operate as Community of Practice Lead for Business Analysis community, including representing the client across government.
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts, ensuring they have professional development plans and are contributing to wider priority product development.
  • Provide high quality Business Analyst functional expertise to high priority digital products, including the design and development of the clients first digital platform.
  • Demonstrate and promote agile delivery and Government Digital Service (GDS) principles in all new digital product developments, ensuring that products are iteratively developed to meet user needs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall digital maturity of the organisation.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders throughout the department that can be used to gain the insights we need to deliver impactful projects.
  • Engage with wider governance and assurances processes.
  • Carry out a variety of design tasks such as user research, process mapping, creating user stories and storyboards, mapping user journeys, developing service scenarios, and prototyping to design the complete service experience.

This role is available inside IR35.
