PMO Officer – Drive Change and Make an Impact!

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Location: Bath (3 days in office per week)

We’re looking for a proactive PMO Officer to join our Business Change team and help deliver exciting transformation projects that make a real difference. If you thrive on organisation, collaboration, and driving results, this is your chance to shine!

What you’ll do:

• Keep projects on track with strong governance and compliance.
• Monitor progress, risks, and budgets across a dynamic portfolio.
• Maintain key tools and processes like RAID logs and templates.
• Be the go-to person for stakeholder communication and resource planning.
• Support financial tracking and business case development.

• Experience in PMO or change delivery roles.
• A natural organiser with sharp attention to detail.
• Great communicator who loves problem-solving.
• Comfortable juggling priorities in a hybrid working environment.
