- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience reconciling planning data from multiple systems, formats, and stakeholders.

- A strong track record of monitoring actions and ensuring accountability across multiple delivery teams.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels to gather and validate programme information.
- Familiarity with planning and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience producing high-quality reporting, planning documentation, and briefing packs for governance forums and senior leadership teams.
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology programmes.
- Understanding of programme governance and portfolio management frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
