The Role

You’ll work embedded within national security and public sector programmes, supporting clients through complex business change – from strategy and discovery through to delivery. The work varies by project, but all roles sit within collaborative, high-performing teams where your contribution is visible and valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting clients through complex transformation and change programmes
• Owning workstreams end-to-end, from discovery and analysis through to implementation
• Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Contributing to the growth and direction of expanding Manchester-based practices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business change, transformation, or management consulting
• Exposure to national security, central government, or regulated environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership of their work
• Eligibility for UK security clearance – DV minimum
