Interim Customer Experience Lead

Sanderson are partnering exclusively with a financial services provider to identify a Customer Experience Lead for an initial 6 month contract. The company headquarters are based in West Sussex however there are flexible working arrangements available.

The purpose of this role is to optimise the customer journeys for all customers as well as lead on the prioritisation of enhancements and fixes required across all customer touchpoints, working closely with teams across the organisation to ensure changes are made in line with this prioritisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop customer experience strategies across all customer groups and products.
  • Establish and seek approval for roadmap of enhancements to improve the customer experience informed by research, analysis and feedback from customers.
  • Ensure customer experience plans are aligned to business strategy and priorities.
  • Act as €˜product owner' working collaboratively in cross functional delivery teams to deliver iterative improvement to the customer experience.
  • Establish metrics to measure performance and the impact of the enhancements being delivered.

Experience / skills:

  • Pensions experience useful but not necessarily essential
  • Worked previously in customer experience roles.
