Key Information Documents

As an organisation that engages with a large number of contractors who supply their services via an Umbrella company (“Umbrella”), we have put together a list of Umbrellas who have gone through our due diligence programme.

Approved Supplier List

There are many operating structures in the market and we need to ensure the Umbrellas we engage with operate compliantly. All of the Umbrellas whose details we have provided below are FCSA Accredited. The FCSA is a membership association for Umbrellas that ensure their members undergo a comprehensive review of their business services, operations, policies and processes by means of an extensive questionnaire and online assessment.

For more information on the FCSA please visit:

www.fcsa.org.uk

These details are not meant to constitute any form of advice and we strongly recommend that any contractor wishing to provide their services via an Umbrella takes independent legal and financial advice, conducts their own due diligence and speaks with several Umbrellas before selecting one from the details provided, to ensure their individual needs are met.

What’s changed?

The Good Work Plan by, the Department for BEIS has amended the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (the “Conduct Regulations”), It is now required that we provide a key information document to all limited and umbrella company workers, who are engaging with a Sanderson solutions group company.

If you began working with us after April 6th 2020 we will have provided you a key information document which will confirm the specific vendor set up you have chosen and detail an example of all deductions that will be taken from your pay, as well as the gross amount that will in turn be passed to you.

What is their purpose?

These documents do not include all relevant contractual information. They are simply a example of deductions.

Here are links to key information documents for all our preferred supplier umbrella companies that you can work with, as well as a inside, and outside example if operating via your own limited company. These documents contain generic information and examples to show you what your pay would look like depending on which option you choose.
