I'm working with my global supply chain and logistics client to recruit a newly created HR Manager position based in Paris.
This role offers the autonomy to develop and deliver the full cycle HR people strategy and will utilise your hands on generalist skills as well as your strategic outlook.
The backdrop to this key hire is change and integration and as such the Hr Manager will work in partnership with the business to deliver the HR service within new organisational structures as well as create new roles and future talent plans.
The essential duties on this person will be to manage the day to day operational HR utilising strong commercial acumen and expertise in; people development, employee relations, union relations, advisory, learning and development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition.
Reporting in to the Chief People Officer you will also support the roll out of group HR initiatives and contribute to the wider HR team.
Skills & Experience
Significant senior level HR leadership experience preferably within warehouse and logistics sector
Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
French and English fluency is required
