This is a pure backend role, focused on scalable, high‑quality Python engineering within a data‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django

You’ll play a key role in maintaining platform stability, driving security compliance (patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation), and supporting both BAU and project delivery.

    The role offers exposure across virtualisation, security tooling, networking, and cloud-aligned technologies – ideal for someone comfortable operating across the full infrastructure landscape and resolving complex, real-world issues.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Strong experience in supporting Cisco switches, access point, Wireless Lan controllers systems and upgrade
    • Strong experience in supporting Fortigate firewalls, creation of firewall rule, VPN’s, DMZ’s etc
    • Strong Knowledge of IP networking, including routing and security
    • Strong experience of Cisco WIFI and Network Access control (with 802.1x) and Cisco ISE technologies
