  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks and strategies with Selenium and Playwright using Javascript/Typescript.
  • Create and maintain test scripts utilising WebDriver, Selenium, Gherkin, and Cucumber
  • Performance testing using JMeter
  • Write clear and concise test cases and scenarios using JSON data structures to validate application features.
  • Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces, ensuring compliance with HTML and CSS standards.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testing requirements and assist with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Utilise Fetch API to automate interactions with web services and validate data flows.
  • Perform exploratory testing and contribute to the overall improvement in quality assurance processes.
  • Identify and document defects and work closely with engineering teams to drive resolution.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide expertise in test automation best practices.

    In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge tools such as LoadRunner, Splunk, and Dynatrace, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and scalability targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Designing, executing, and analysing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimise system performance.

    • Working in an Agile environment-participating in daily scrums, prioritising work, and communicating progress clearly.

    • Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance issues.

    • Using your analytical mindset to interpret test results, metrics, and logs, and provide actionable insights.

    • Supporting load and usage model creation to simulate real-world scenarios.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing or engineering.

    • Proficiency with LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, and Analysis components).

    • Strong understanding of applications built with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, IIS, .NET Framework, and Windows Server.

    • Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for log analysis and performance monitoring.

    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical teams.

    • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

        Sanderson recruitment is currently partnered with a insurance business who require a Programme Test Lead to coordinate testing teams and 3rd parties across a number of workstreams in a large pricing engine transformation.

        • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end test strategies and plans aligned to project objectives.
        • Oversee all phases of testing including system, integration, Penetration, performance data and user acceptance testing
        • Foster clear and effective communication between testing teams and key stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts.
        • Monitor testing progress, track key quality metrics, and manage defect lifecycles to ensure transparency and timely resolution.

          Your role

          We are looking for a Platform Manager to help strengthen and expand a busy, committed team of network professionals. Your role will involve:

          • All aspects of maintaining and supporting a small Windows based Live Service Network, with a range of hosted applications
          • Provide Level 3rd Line level support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
          • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network
