As a Staff Engineer, you will work across squads and delivery partners, owning technical outcomes end to end while remaining deeply hands-on. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across squads, owning technical decisions from requirements through to live release.
  • Act as the senior technical authority, tackling the most complex, ambiguous, or high-risk engineering challenges.
  • Define, own, and communicate clear technical direction, raising engineering standards across code quality, testing, security, and delivery.
  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the wider Adobe ecosystem.
