Job Title: Financial Services Senior Sales Professional
Location: London, UK (Remote Working)
Salary: Up to £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Are you a seasoned Financial Services Senior Sales Professional looking to lead strategic sales in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment? Join our client and become a key contributor to transforming the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) sector through innovative technology and data solutions.

As a Financial Services Senior Sales Professional, you will identify, lead, and close complex sales opportunities across the EMEA region. With access to a broad portfolio including Applications, Consulting, and Data & Analytics, you’ll work closely with technical and industry experts to solve the biggest challenges facing FSI clients today.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent sales performance and contribute to revenue growth in the EMEA region
  • Develop and expand a healthy pipeline through both new logo wins and existing client growth
  • Build strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Lead sales pursuits using strategic selling practices, including close plans and account strategies
  • Collaborate with technical teams, practice leaders, and alliance partners to deliver client-centric solutions
  • Provide accurate, transparent sales forecasts and maintain regular reporting cadences

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success as a Financial Services Senior Sales Professional, consistently exceeding quotas
  • Someone who has previously been involved with 20-million-pound deals and likes working with a deal sheet
  • Strong network of senior-level contacts within UK Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, IT services, consulting, and analytics sales
  • Expertise in solution selling or insight-based methodologies
  • Strong storytelling, influencing, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Experienced in working within matrix organisations
