Are you a sharp, proactive Infrastructure Project Manager with solid experience across Cloud and Data Centre projects? Do you love turning chaos into clarity, and thrive in fast-moving environments where your leadership makes a real impact?

We’re working with a global tech-driven business that’s scaling fast and they need a confident, solutions-focused Infrastructure PM to keep high-profile, complex projects running smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery for Cloud & Data Centre infrastructure projects.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects, each with their own pace and unique challenges.
  • Partnering closely with clients, guiding them through ambiguity to help define and refine their technical requirements.
  • Acting as the bridge between clients and tech teams, ensuring no detail is missed and everyone stays aligned.
  • Keeping everything on track using MS Project, driving delivery against timelines and milestones.
  • Communicating clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, whether you’re speaking to a tech specialist or a C-suite exec.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing infrastructure projects, especially across Cloud and Data Centre environments.
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall methodologies.
  • Confident use of MS Project for planning and delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical jargon into everyday language.
  • A calm, problem-solving mindset when things get complex or unclear.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow, you don’t need to know everything, but you do need the drive to get there.

    Senior Project Manager – 18 Month FTC

    We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic, high-performing team leading the charge on a major transformation. This is your chance to get in at the early stages of delivery – shaping the roadmap, influencing key decisions, and working with some of the most exciting names in tech and financial services.

    You’ll take ownership of discovery-phase initiatives across Mortgages, Current Accounts, and Savings – bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex landscape of change.

    Main Areas of Responsibility:

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience with 3rd party vendors and large transformation programmes
    • Familiarity with banking products – Mortgages, Current Accounts, and Savings highly desirable
    • Gravitas and energy to influence senior stakeholders and engage cross-functional teams
    • A proactive, pragmatic mindset – someone who brings pace, order, and positivity to complex programmes

          Programme Lead - Cyber - Worcestershire

          Our Worcestershire based client have a contract requirement for an experienced hands-on Programme Manager / Lead to manage a high-profile Cyber Security initiative. The role holder will help pulled together and refine several technical, strategic and operational focused workstreams into one cohesive solution.

          The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate strong skills and experience in:

          • End to end delivery of large complex programmes involving both technical and business change elements
          • excellent stakeholder management abilities at all levels of business user and management of third party resource
          • Cyber Security, Business Continuity Management, Data Loss Prevention are all highly advantageous but not essential.

          Hybrid role with 2/3 days a week on site.
