    Sanderson Group is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Steering Coordinator. This role must be via an Umbrella and will be Hybrid – 2 days per week to Oxford.

    Contract Length: End of year with possibility of extension.

    Accountability:

    • Gather information from all internal and external sources on project relevant processes.
    • Design, develop and manage project management tools for the successful implementation of a new contract.
    • Implementation of project management tools to control and minimise risks.
    • Collate, organise and measure and report the project status.
    • Communication with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
    • Translate customer requirements into proposed actions.
    • Design end to end processes to ensure stable working operations.
    • Prepare and present material for meetings and workshops with mid-level management teams.
    • Ownership of Workwear Champions Circle at all necessary locations

    Expected:

    • Design, develop and implementation of benchmark concepts to improve the provision of workwear as a perceived quality service.
    • Challenging our customers to change mindset and attitude to personal responsibility for their expectations towards workwear service provision.
    • Motivating suppliers and customers to accept new practices.

    Experience:

    • Strong communication skills, in English and German
    • Experience of contract management
    • Ability to operate under pressure and able to find ways to resolve conflicts.
    • Highly accurate in numeracy
    • Expert in MS Excel, and building dashboards in Power BI
    • Possess the tenacity to follow things through and ensure owners of issues shut them down with the required outcome.

              Our client require an experienced and DV Cleared P6 (Primavera) and or MS Projects Planner, to support by providing key control and governance expertise. Your primary focus would include the facilitation of planning workshops, schedule analysis, and maintenance on behalf of the schedule owner. At Programme level, the Planner will provide quality assurance across the delivery environment in line with the chosen methodology as well as the approved planning processes and procedures.

              Skills and experience:

              A working knowledge and demonstrable experience in all or some of the following areas:

              • Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring experience using Primavera P6 and or MS Projects at advanced level (formal and/or comparable experience)

                Our clients is a financial services organisation who are currently seeking a PMO Analyst to work with project stakeholders to ensure change activity is delivered in line with the Group’s Change Management Framework, supporting the ongoing development of the PMO function.

                Key responsibilities

                • Maintain project compliance with the defined governance framework
                • Support capacity planning and resource tracking across the portfolio of projects
                • Support budget cost tracking, forecasts and actuals, working with the designated Project Accountant
                • Develop reporting packs covering project delivery updates, budgets, resource, risks & issues, quality and benefits realisation
                • Manage Status Update reporting across all projects, reviewing and consolidating submissions
                • Oversee the monthly time recording activity ensuring data is consolidated, accurate and submitted to Finance
                • Update portfolio level RAID and monitor completion of project level logs

                Skills/experience required:
