PMO Office / Programme Management Officer

PMO Officer – Drive Change and Make an Impact!

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Location: Bath (3 days in office per week)

  • Keep projects on track with strong governance and compliance.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and budgets across a dynamic portfolio.
  • Maintain key tools and processes like RAID logs and templates.

  • Support financial tracking and business case development.

    Our client is looking for a documentation controller to come in and organise their splintered reposits and establish proper taxonomy/accessibility. They have recently inherited a large program, and the documentation is sporadic and splintered.

    Key skills:

    • Good organisation skill and ability to centralise documentation and implement governance
    • Ensure project teams are correctly doing their documentation.
    • Technical SharePoint skills to restructure information without breaking links across share points.
    • Sorting their documentation as currently it is inaccessible and very hard to understand.
    • You will be embedding governance, changing behaviours and holding people to account to ensure that documentation is conducted effectively going forward

      Key Responsibilities
      • Lead benefits planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with business case outcomes

      • Define and implement benefits management strategies and realisation plans

      • Facilitate workshops to map, validate, and challenge benefit assumptions

      • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure benefits are understood, owned, and maximised

      • Set up systems for tracking and reporting benefits using digital tools and data standards

      • Analyse data to assess impact and drive continuous improvement

          • Experience with resource planning, process improvement, and reporting.
