Relationship Manager / PMO
Location: Mainly Remote (adhoc travel when required, quarterly)
SC Clearance Required
Circa £375/£400 per day

We’re looking for a confident, collaborative, and customer-focused individual to join a team as a Relationship Manager. In this vital role, you’ll act as the key connection between customer application teams and internal product teams – ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and alignment with SLAs and business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer application teams.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing liaison between client teams and internal product groups.
• Provide clear, regular updates to senior management on customer-related activity.
• Support and unblock customer teams by resolving issues in line with SLAs and strategic objectives.
• Guide and advise stakeholders on best practices, compliance, and processes.
• Assist customer teams in navigating assurance gateways and mandated security requirements.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Active SC Clearance
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities.

Prior exposure to the Defence or secure government environment’s will be desirable.

Senior Agile PMO Analyst – Hybrid

400-500 p/d (engagement is via umbrella only; all tax and NI will be deducted at source)

Location – York or Norwich – hybrid working 2/3 days per week onsite

Duration – 12 Months

Sanderson have partnered exclusively with a leading financial services organisation, who are looking for an agile PMO to join them on a 12-month contract basis.

These roles will be working on a brand-new team and will include working closely with stakeholders. Our client is currently using waterfall to implement an agile way of working within the projects.The role will involve Classic PMO tasks – minutes-taking, lessons learnt, monthly sprints, comms, governance

Skills Required:

• Proven and extensive knowledge in Agile (Sprints, retros, release trays, back rolls etc.)
• Extensive experience working within the financial services industry.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Core PMO skill set.
• Experience with FNZ is preferred but not essential for the role.
