What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision and ensure each iteration delivers maximum value.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, working closely with Business Analysts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile squads to deliver user-centred solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders during sprint reviews and project updates.
  • Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and client pitches.
  • Support internal initiatives such as thought leadership, practice development, and team events.
  • Champion agile principles and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in user-centred product or service development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product ownership.
  • Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness to step into roles such as BA or Service Designer when needed.
  • Relevant agile certifications (e.g., PSPO, PSM) or commitment to obtain them.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles.
  • Consulting experience in digital transformation projects.

    Role Overview

    As a UX Designer, you’ll work in agile, multidisciplinary teams to design accessible, user-focused digital services. You’ll apply inclusive design principles, collaborate with stakeholders, and create intuitive experiences that meet user needs and business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
    • Design accessible, user-friendly digital products and services.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, personas, and service maps.
    • Facilitate workshops and present design concepts to stakeholders.
    • Apply iterative design methods and agile delivery practices.
    • Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Axure.

      HRIS Technical Change Management Lead

      We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HRIS Change Management Lead to drive the implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of global HR systems, including Dayforce and TeamTailor. This role is key to ensuring HR technology supports operational excellence, enhances user experience, and meets the evolving needs of the business.

      Key Responsibilities

      HR Systems Leadership

      • Own the architecture and roadmap of global HR systems, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.
      • Continuously improve the experience for employees, managers, and HR teams.

      Change Management

      • Lead the end-to-end change management process for HR systems.
      • Develop and execute a global change strategy aligned with business goals.
      • Conduct impact assessments, readiness reviews, and gather stakeholder feedback to implement improvements.
      • Ensure systems comply with privacy standards and governance requirements.

      Technical Expertise

      • Analyse, configure, test, and implement HR system solutions in line with the roadmap.
      • Maintain system reliability, compliance, and performance.
      • Provide technical guidance, training, and self-help resources for end users.
      • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployments.

      Supplier & Vendor Management

      • Manage relationships with system vendors, ensuring issues are resolved and future enhancements are delivered.

      Qualifications & Experience

      • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Dayforce (essential).
      • Experience with TeamTailor (preferred).
      • Proven track record in HR systems and change management roles.
      • Experience managing technical HR projects and delivering continuous improvements.
      • Experience implementing HR systems at a global level is highly desirable.
