Our client a well known retail company are actively looking to hire a Product Manager on a short term 3 month contract with the view to being extend for a large automation relation project.

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: London / Coventry – Hybrid Working

Duration: 3 Months Initially with potential extension

Day Rate: Competitive – Inside IR35 (via Umbrella Company)

Our client is currently looking to hire a Product Manager to begin the discovery phase of automating a Operating Model across their HR/Workforce/Labour division, to which you will set out a solid road map and work with key stake holders to transition/streamline manual processes to an automated process.

Experience Required:

  • Product Management or Project related experience
  • Experience of work projects at discovery phase (demonstrate on CV/during interview)
  • Experience of working with Operating Model
  • Digitisation Project Experience (Manual to Automated processes)
  • Working with IT Teams, specifically Architects and Software Engineers to build functions
  • Work with CSuite Level Key Stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver strong road maps to deliver on project

    You’d work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Analytics to champion the customer experience across Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement and Retention.

    Overview

    • Work with various teams to improve how users experience the product
    • Optimise every stage of the customer journey: from sign-up to staying subscribed
    • Collect requirements from different teams and find ways to meet them using marketing tools
    • Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing team to build strong growth campaigns
    • Present your ideas clearly to people at all levels
    • Tackle problems creatively, even when there are resource constraints
    • Help set priorities, push the work forward, and get buy-in from others
    • Monitor performance and look for ways to improve over time

    What We’re looking for:

      Responsibilities

      • Design, simulate, and implement RF and analogue electronic circuits and systems for defence-related projects with cutting-edge solutions
      • Conduct hands-on integration, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of RF and analogue electronic circuits, systems and components, to optimize their performance
      • Participate in design reviews and provide valuable technical input to enhance project outcomes.
      • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports with highest quality with a focus on RF and analogue electronic circuits and systems

      Requirements:
