The role:

Working for a highly prestigous brand as they navigate a large scale, highly critical Digital Transformation programme, which will help shape how they interact and enage with their customers for the next 5 – 10 years. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager or Delivery manager with experience of SAP to help the organisation understand the implications of change and improvment across their digital and technology estate, which is underpinned by SAP.

Who you will work with

Internal: Head of Product Management, Head of Service Delivery, IT Director, Principal Solution Architect, SAP Specialists

External: We have several key relationships with software vendors and implementation and support partners.

What you will do

• Define and articulate a clear vision for the product development for the finance & supply chain teams and understand the impact of product decisions on customer and business value.
• Scope, assess and schedule SAP development work which could be a combination strategic projects and continuous improvement (CI) that aligns with finance and supply chain needs.
• Work with the Architect, the Business Owners, Integration Partners and the Delivery team to effectively prioritise and manage design, builds and changes.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners, Head of Product Management and Business Owners to support the definition and development of the product roadmaps, strategy and prioritisation and balancing this priority with your own as necessary.
• As a member of the Design Authority, review proposed enhancements and changes scheduled for release into production to ensure adherence to design and implementation principles.
• Own our SAP roadmap, working with the Principle Solutions Architect and communicate strategic plans.
• Where needed, provide project management for system development or system change as required.

What you will bring to the role

• 3+ years’ experience of working as a Product Owner/Product Manager with Agile development teams.
• Extensive experience in delivering customer outcomes via the implementation of new solutions or amending of existing solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to operate in commercially sensitive and important situations.
• The ability to lead, structure and resource a technical team to deliver results within a target driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, being able to identify innovative yet practical solutions to complex problems.
• Solid technical and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and present information clearly.

Your SAP Skills

• Significant technical experience with SAP (ideally S/4 Hana).

We’re working with a world-leading engineering consultancy who have an urgent need for Mechanical Engineers who can provide robust design solutions to their customer’s specifications. Active MOD DV clearance required.

Requirements:

• Provide robust design solutions that can be taken from conceptual design through to full working mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to rapidly generate mechanical layouts / configurations to support bids and proposals.
• Ability to work closely with and interpret the outputs of analysis engineers (FEA) to understand the capabilities of the design.
• Ability to interpret and create high quality mechanical drawings, taking into account GD&T.
• Experience with a CAD package for both modelling and drawing, ideally NX and Teamcenter.

Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and looking to create a new Digital Centre of Excellence an implementing a number of new ways of working. They have had a big investment to their digital suite of tools and are now looking for a Senior Digital Delivery Manager to report directly into the Head of Technology to run the day-to-day delivery of this function.

The Senior Digital Delivery Manager will be responsible for growing an internal team underneath them, managing the current 3^rd party vendors, and ensuring the digital products have a roadmap. You will be responsible for setting up governance within the tea,

The 3 main areas of investment within the digital suite is Mobile app, Web and the Customer Data Platform so having experience within a consumer division is crucial for this role. • Derivation and management of technical requirements from Mission and System Level to subsystem and equipment level
• Design, development, prototyping, build and test of electronic circuits and systems from initial requirements through to launch and in-orbit operations
