We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a well-known customer of ours to join and run the full life cycle of the property management system transformation project.

The project manager will play a critical role to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, including the creation and maintenance of project plans.

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Managing resources, working with third parties and strategic partners to deliver to time, cost and quality
  • Manage a portfolio of projects including reporting, deliverables, and benefits tracking.
  • Provide best practice and advice on project management frameworks and standards for PMO and wider business.
  • Ensure budgets are managed.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment to deliver the project
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time

Project Manager Skills

  • Great interpersonal skills to work well with your key business partners
  • Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Experience in property management systems.
  • Experienced in both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Experience of working within a PMO environment
  • Proven experience of Business Change Techniques
  • Experience in delivering projects with solutions involving both bespoke and package solutions

            The role will involve:

            • Designing concept journeys, blueprints and roadmaps that communicate how the total user experience can be elevated beyond the immediate product or service;
            • Facilitating the collective understanding of the end-to end, front-to-back experience by mapping the orchestration of events at the intersection of technology, business and design;

            Essential Technical and Professional Expertise

            • 1+ year of client facing experience in a Service Design role in a Public Sector organisation (post education)
            • Experience of planning, scoping, conducting analysis and communicating Service Design throughout the Agile product development lifecycle
            • Experience of planning and facilitating workshops to reach a specific outcome
            • Experience of working within an Agile scrum team (working across Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts and other Researchers)
            • Ability to convert a single or a group of research findings into specific prioritised recommendations
            • Ability to use tooling that supports the creation of service design artefacts

            Preferred Expertise

            • Experience of working as a Service Designer against the Government Digital Service framework
            • Experience in using the following tooling: Jira, Confluence, MS suite, Mural and Figma
