Location: Hybrid in Preston
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

* Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP Success Factors solutions – and supporting technologies in large – complex organisations.
* Strong, hands on configuration skills in Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay.
* Knowledge and experience integration between Comp and VP and other SF modules.
* Certification in Success Factors Compensation and Varible Pay
* At least one end to end Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay deployment
* Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client’s organisation. Clear, compelling and effective engagement skills are critical.
* Ability to plan and run client workshops.
* Guide clients on Success Factors best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the Success Factors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
* Ability to working flexibly, both onsite and remotely. Limited UK travel and overseas travel may be required.
* Experience of global deployments / experience of solution delivery across multiple geographies

    Job Description

    • Manage daily/weekly/yearly work distribution and resourcing
    • Partner with International Design Lead Producer on workload prioritisation.
    • Document and communicate status/assignment to international teams.
    • Lead in managing design workflows with engineering teams and communicate international needs effectively.
    • Work with product and engineering teams on planning and roadmapping. Effectively communicating needs and urgency with ease.
    • Identify feature opportunities early; create documentation to align stakeholders.
    • Implement new processes to streamline work/communication and planning.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage cross-functional relationships and partnerships while representing the design team.
    • Lead high visibility studio projects that impact several apps at once.
    • Facilitate meetings, design reviews, brainstorms, and workshops.
    • Track and report project health weekly, including risks and timelines.
    • Triage requests, negotiate priorities, and ensure timely design handoffs.
    • Review builds to guarantee design integrity during implementation.
    • Gather key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes.
    • Partner with Design DRIs to deliver action items or source additional information.

    Experience

    • 5-7 years as a Producer for a creative agency, design agency or production house.
    • UI or Product Design production experience; familiarity with global projects and localisation.
    • Expertise in managing feedback flows and collaborating across time zones.
    • Outstanding written/verbal communication; ability to work independently or in teams.
    • A passion for design and user experience is a requirement.
