Procurement Manager

Up to £700 pd (Inside/Outside)

6m DRC

City of London (3 days per week).

We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join a dynamic and evolving procurement function on a 6-month contract based in the City of London (3 days per week on-site).

You’ll play a key role in driving procurement delivery across both hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) as well as other non-IT related categories. This is varied role with a focus on hands-on delivery, process improvements and project based work.

We are looking for a highly experienced, FM procurement professional with a strong background in the Financial Services sector.

Key Requirements:

  • FM Procurement Expertise: Proven track record across hard and soft FM services (a strong FM background with generalist category exposure would be a strong advantage).
  • Financial services experience and an appreciation of working in a regulated environment is essential.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong experience in cost optimisation, building procurement pipelines, and improving sourcing processes.
  • Category Management and Strategic sourcing experience.
  • Delivery Focused: A pragmatic, results-first mindset with the ability to drive initiatives forward at pace.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Confident managing senior stakeholders and building strong internal and external relationships with an ability to influence.
  • Change & Transformation: Experience working in a fast paced and evolving procurement function (desirable).

    Head of Procurement

    Location: City of London (Hybrid – 3 days per week on site)

    We are supporting a high-growth, international Financial Services organisation in their search for an Interim Head of Procurement to lead procurement activity through a period of transition and change following a recent carve-out from a global parent company.

    This is a newly created role to support the establishment of an in-house procurement capability. With services previously delivered via a larger group function, the business is now standing up its own procurement team, processes, and systems from scratch.

    The Role

    This is a high-impact, hands-on interim opportunity, reporting directly to the CFO. The successful candidate will help shape the future direction of the procurement function, supporting both short-term operational needs and longer-term strategic planning.

    Key responsibilities may include:

    • Conducting an initial assessment of current procurement landscape, priorities, and risks

    • Supporting transition from legacy group services (carve-out activity)

    • Advising on immediate sourcing and supplier management requirements

    • Helping to define the future team structure, roadmap, and operating model

    • Developing foundational procurement processes, policies, and controls

    • Laying the groundwork for a permanent hire to build the function long-term

    About You

    We’re looking for a senior procurement professional with:

    • Strong generalist experience across multiple categories (e.g. tech, consultancy, corporate services)

    • Proven experience in greenfield, transformation, or carve-out environments

    • The ability to work at pace and bring clarity to ambiguous situations

    • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, particularly in finance and operations

    • Familiarity with third-party risk management would be an advantage

      We’re hiring a seasoned HR Consultant to deliver high-impact Employee Relations support across the UK and Ireland. This is a hands-on, advisory role where you’ll partner closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and legal teams on a range of ER cases and projects.

      In this role, you’ll:

      • Advise on complex ER matters including performance, grievance, absence management, and conduct investigations

      • Lead or support the management of TUPE processes and change management initiatives

      • Work with Employment Legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving regulations

      • Maintain and update HR policies in line with local laws and global standards

      • Collaborate with Occupational Health and PHI providers on case resolution and early intervention strategies

      • Coach and guide managers through sensitive people issues, promoting best practice and consistency

      • Support ER case management across UK, Ireland, and wider EMEA region

      • Contribute to global policy reviews, offering local insight and input

      • Deliver training or briefings to HR teams and stakeholders on legal or policy changes

      • Act as a key point of contact for escalated ER issues requiring nuanced judgment and risk assessment

      You’ll be part of a regional ER team but also contribute to broader EMEA and global HR initiatives.

      What you’ll need:

      • Strong experience in Employee Relations, ideally within Financial Services

      • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law (Irish law a plus)

      • Excellent communication, analytical and case management skills

      • Ability to work independently, with remote oversight

        Our client, a leading financial services firm are seeking a IT procurement manager to come and support them on an interim basis. This will be an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.

        In this pivotal role, you will work across the business delivering across a range of technology sourcing projects. It requires a highly skilled Procurement professional, able to operate autonomously, build relations with senior stakeholders, and deliver on strategic sourcing activity with major technology vendors in a fast paced environment.

        Key Experience:

        • Extensive experience leading technology strategic sourcing
        • Commercial and stakeholder management skills and proven track record of building strong internal business relationships
        • A proven track record of delivering Category Management within a demanding, fast paced environment
