I am currently recruiting for 3 x Process Improvement Consultants / Managers that hold a Black Belt or Master Black Belt to come in and work on Process Simplification for a Financial Services client of ours.

Payments and Banking Change Consultant – Oracle fusion, Blackline, SAP, Swift, Payments, Change Management, Excel, MI, Change Lead, Finance systems, TLM

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and established Payments Consultant to join a major Insurance company in Norwich within the Finance team

For this role you must have:

• Someone with some get up and go, worked in Agile teams , comfortable with ambiguity .
• Ideally will have worked for another insurance company , will understand how to streamline processes , may have done something similar replacing a finance system , moved to a new ledger or new admin system .
• Significant Blackline expertise, or similar matching tool experience
• Oracle Fusion / SAP experience
• Bank Data Expertise / possibly SWIFT knowledge
• Excel expertise / able to work with MI and numbers.
• Change management experience.

Our client is currently actively looking to hire a Change & Business Integration Manager with experience of Lead to Cash.

Location: Reading / Hybrid Working – 2 Days a week on-site.

Duration: Until the end of Dec 24

Rates: Negotiable depending on experience – Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change impact analysis for projects in the Lead to Cash process area spanning changes to processes, technology, data, policies and controls
• Define change activities and interventions required to address change impacts and build overall Change Plan
• Work with Market Deployment Leads to help build market-specific deployment plans, incorporating change, training and knowledge transfer, engagement and communications, process alignment and other deployment activities and support the execution of these plans
• Work with training team to identify training requirements, provide input to training material development and assist execution of train the trainer to markets
• Identify and collaborate with central and local functions to mitigate risks relating to change deployment and adoption
• Work closely with Lead to Cash Global Process Owner and Global Process Specialists to:

• Manage Lead to Cash Community of Practices
• Assist engagement with Commercial, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable functions and market / global teams
• Define and measure readiness, adoption and performance KPIs
• Collaborate on the creation, execution, project management and success of the Lead to Cash Roadmaps

Experience & Professional Attributes:

• Knowledge of Commercial/Lead to Cash concepts and processes (essential)
• 5+ years experience delivering change management for Commercial Transformation programmes (essential)
• 5+ years experience planning deployment of commercial transformation programmes
• Experience of dealing with Key Stakeholders
• Experience delivering change for multi-faceted programmes spanning technology, processes, policies etc. (essential)
• Strong Process related experience is required
• Ability to work with, and make sense of, ambiguity
• Autonomous, takes initiative

Mobility:

• Able to work on site (Reading) 2-3 days per week, with occasional travel to European offices.

New Senior Managing Consultant – Finance TOM contract role

Interim role to support Finance Transformation Target Operating Model within the public sector focussed on operational finance functions rather than technology

Key skills/experience required

• Designing and leading a financial TOM transformation
• Org design, roles in finance team, job descriptions, capabilities and skills required within finance function
• Running Finance TOM programmes within a consultancy
• Designing and running workshops with CFO
• Managing project budget and relationship with CFO
• Ensuring quality deliverables and outputs throughout
• Previous experience assessing the maturity of a finance function

Consultancy Manager – Financial Target Operating Model
