£90,000 – £100,000 + Benefits
Hybrid – 1-2 days per week on-site in Surrey

I’m currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel with a background in IT law experience or background of working with an IT company.

Skills / Experience

• Qualified Lawyer in the UK
• IT Law
• 5+ Years experience working as an in-house Solicitor / Legal Counsel within an IT company
• Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff
• Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch
• Draft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents
• Excellent negotiation skills.

Senior Assistant Company Secretary

£625 – £725 Inside via Umbrella
6 Months initially
Hybrid with 2 days per week in the office in London.

I am looking for a Senior Assistant Company Secretary to join a long standing Financial Services client of ours as they approach a busy period of the year. The ideal candidate will be a genuine senior level candidate and have a Financial Services background. This role will be looking after the full life cycle from end-to-end.

This role is for an immediate start.
