3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer required for a leading organisation based in Kent.

The successful candidate will have a background providing 3rd line infrastructure technical support within a corporate environment.

Engagement is via umbrella company.
Hybrid working – 2 days per week onsite.

General responsibilities: –

  • Manage incidents and report within SLA’s
  • Monitor key infrastructure and respond to issues, including pre-emptive support for predicted issues
  • Support projects teams
  • Participate in investigations & remediation of Security related issues e.g. vulnerabilities or Security breaches
  • LLD infrastructure design & build best practice

          Overview:
          A leading secure IT provider is seeking a motivated and ambitious 3rd Line Core Engineer (Grade 11) to join a highly secure Basingstoke-based environment. This role is an excellent entry point into 3rd line engineering, offering hands-on training, clear progression, and exposure to a wide range of core infrastructure technologies. You’ll work within a skilled team while gaining strong operational experience and developing your technical capability.

          Key Responsibilities:

          • Perform daily infrastructure checks, incident management, triage, and escalation
